Transition in any experience can produce many questions.
Before you know it your child will be three years old! If your child will
be turning three during the next year, you will become involved in a
transition for your child from early intervention. In order to facilitate a smooth transition, members of the Family Support Team from the SNJREIC , will present a workshop to provide information that may be helpful during this transition.
Additionally, the SNJREIC Family Support Team will be welcoming a Family Resource Specialist from the Statewide Parent Advocacy Network (SPAN) at the end of each workshop. They will introduce their organization and resources availalble once your family leaves Early Intervention.
